Platinum Status service is our Full Wedding Planning Package. The Platinum service allows our Bride and Groom to relax and spend more time on planning their honeymoons and the rest of their lives together. Our event designers will plan, manage and execute your entire wedding fully equipped to organize the wedding of a lifetime. Our Platinum Status Service includes: Full Event Management Service: Initial consultation with Bride and Groom included with 24/7 support provided by your designer Budget preparation, review/execute contracts, timelines, schedules and required licensing Manage, coordinate and interview all vending staff as well as execute payables upon request Prepare requested color scheme, theme and style of wedding and reception services Assist with invitation design, mailings and print services Manage and Direct program documents, Gifts and rehearsal (up to 2 hours) Wedding Day Management and Execution (up to 10 hours) Post night cleaning Services Ballroom dance Lessons available at 20.00 per hour for Bride and Groom ************************Special souvenirs for Bridal Party and Guest************* Black Diamond Status Our Black Diamond Service is our Partial Wedding Planning Package. The Black Diamond Service is a service provided for our soon to be Bride and Grooms that have their own ideas themes and colors already prepared for their special day, yet need help with coordination of vendors, scheduling preparing and designing their final wedding ceremony outcome. The black diamond Status Package includes: Partial Event Planning: Initial consultation with Bride and Groom, unlimited email/phone support Perform personal on-site visits to vendors, Manage and coordinate vendors for ceremony Post event cleaning services and Pre-Post vendor payment execution service Ensure services are properly prepared and readily available per the Bride and grooms request Coordinate and Manage Wedding Day staff and Ceremony assisted by Bride and Groom Coordination and Direct Bridal rehearsal (up to 2 hours) Elite express service allows for more independent planning by our Bride and Groom. With this package most Bride and Grooms have already planned and contracted their services independently. This package allows for the freedom of choice, without excessive pre-planning with our event designers. The Elite package includes: Basic Planning Assistance: Follow up and Confirmation of services and staff (no site visits) Manage, Direct and Execute Wedding Day Ceremony (up to 8 Hours) Complete final touches on Wedding Design and Reception hall set-up Execute payments and deductions to vendors per Brides and Groom’s request Coordinate Pre Rehearsals (up to 2 Hours) |
