Urban Event Planner is an event coordinator with the expertise to coordinate multiple events
styles. Not only are we wedding planners, but we also cater to the Urban Market and organize
events within the Urban Market. Our general focus is to coordinate with businesses and
individuals that also cater to the independent markets. Unlike large event management companies
that only cater to corporate markets with budgets greater than 50,000 Platinum Elite Designers
are here for all your memorable occasions and budgets whether large or small. As a small business
we understand the importance of building permanent solid relationships within our community as
well as with our vendors. Being versatile,eclectic, confident and passionate about the events we
plan are crucial elements in our event planning success.
What sets us aside from the competition?
Platinum Elite has developed,executed and staffed Detroit Bike Weekend now going into it's 3rd
year. In 2009 we have well over 300 attendees in the City of Detroit from all over the globe. We
pride ourselves in the fact that we were able to provide and be a part of something uplifting for a
much needed city. Thanks to Platinum Elite, Detroit now has its own Annual Bike Weekend.
We were notable by Metromix and City Examiner in addition to many donations made by reputable
companies such as 7-up, Pars Ice Cream, Monster Energy Drink and many more.
Marketing- 2006-2009 Platinum Elite performed 100 percent of its own internal marketing
for our events. Our competitors and potential clients will see more visibility publicly for 2010!

We are the event planning experts. Platinum Elite has a successful track record of corporate events
and wedding planning. You will also notice that not only do we plan events for our clients, but we
